The service for one more was incredibly accommodating. The staff was very nice and attentive to all requests, willing to serve and ensure you get what you need including food and health services.

The location can be a great option with some improvements. It's near two malls within walking distance and in a very good area in Amman. Although it was close to the sixth circle, it was far enough from downtown to need a taxi to explore the city.

The dining was a little on the plain side, but there was a good selection of local food available. Be cautious when using their towels, as they will charge you if a little bit of makeup stays on them.
